LED Lighting Experience

General LED’s two founders have a combined 50 years of LED research and application experience that is helping create better lighting for the world. Their inventive genius spans applications for LEDs and OLEDs ranging from entertainment to safety. Among their credits is the invention of first handheld calculator with LED display, OLED displays and electrocromic inks, as well as step-sensitive LED displays for children's footwear.
